Terms of service.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a late fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

**Late Appointment Policy:**

To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a late fee. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you will forfeit your appointment and will need to reschedule.

**No-Show Cancellation Policy:**

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service. Appointments are very important, and keeping scheduled bookings helps to keep costs low for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice if possible. Emergencies and illnesses happen, and communicating with us will help ensure that fees are minimized when unexpected situations occur. Thank you so much.
